The Dedication Ceremony of Rabbi Avraham Yitzhak Kook's House in the Land of Israel,

Engraved silver from a black and white photograph showing the dedication ceremony of the Chief Rabbi Avraham Yitzhak Kook's house in the Land of Israel. The ceremony took place on May 27, 1923 in the courtyard of the Beit David neighborhood (currently: Rabbi Kook Street 9 in Jerusalem) with the participation of the High Commissioner, Herbert Samuel. On the right of the photograph, a row of dignitaries is visible, including the benefactor from whose donated funds the house was built, Mr. Aharon Harei Fishl (the third from the right) and to his sides sit the chief rabbis, Rabbi Yaakov Meir (to his right) and Rabbi Kook (to his left). Close to them stands Rabbi Slutzkin delivering his speech.
