Red Cross says emigration from Hungary impossible /stop/
Visas for neutral countries might be certain protection and
so the distribution of 700 new visas through the Spanish
Legation in Budapest like the last 500 /stop/ Red Cross is
prepared to instruct Budapest to assist the Spanish Legation
has received instructions for the distribution of Visas in
Budapest. Wire if the clothes shipment has left and its
approximate contents.
